 A Bicycle Trip to Shetland and Orkney Isles July 2002

  At the end of the day we find the hotel we have booked this morning for two days, a so-called fishing hotel, where you can hire boats on the near-by Loch Boardhouse. As we sit outside, enjoying the sunshine, a troop of around twenty giggling girls, smeared with molasses turn up. They are a Polterabend party on their way to God knows what further events. Excellent dinner at the hotel.
